The EMS Outreach and Education Program at The Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center will be hosting our second annual Pediatric EMS Conference on September 15 and 16 2017. It will be the only such conference in the region and one of three pediatric specific conferences nationwide this year. In alignment with our mission, we wish to provide exceptional pediatric continuing education taught by experts at very low cost to our community EMS partners. We must rely on corporate sponsorships to keep the cost to our dedicated and valued EMS providers. Your early commitment to sponsor and have booth space will help ensure that we can provide the conference at a lower cost to our community EMS partners. Our long term goal is to provide this conference at no cost to our community EMS partners, and you can help us get there by showing your support.
While the conference is designed to provide exceptional pediatric continuing education, its other equally important goal is to show gratitude to the men and women of EMS. The Children’s Hospital at OUMC recognizes the remarkable contributions of EMS in saving children’s lives every day. It is our desire to make our colleagues in EMS feel valued and respected. Becoming a sponsor of this conference will demonstrate your organization’s appreciation and support of EMS providers.
We trust that you will find the sponsorship opportunities highlighted in this package of value to your organization. Please feel free to contact us directly should you have additional questions or different sponsorship ideas. We look forward to your strong support of the second Annual Pediatric EMS Conference at The Children’s Hospital at OUMC.
About the Conference
The second annual The Children’s Hospital at OUMC Pediatric EMS Conference will be held September 15th and 16th 2017. It will be held in our state of the art Samis Education Center located on the West side of the hospital. The Samis Education Center main auditorium has a capacity of 270. Being the only dedicated pediatric facility in the State of Oklahoma and the Level One Trauma Center, we are anticipating reaching 250 participants from Oklahoma and the near surrounding states.
We foresee the typical EMS attendee to be an EMS provider for all reaches of the State of Oklahoma. We also anticipate some draw from our boarder sates of Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Colorado. Many of these attendees will also be in leadership, education, operations and purchasing roles within their organizations. EMS providers and EMS leadership are always looking for new and inspired ideas from sponsors to take back to their organizations.
The vendor area will also be open and accessible to multiple hospital personnel, thereby offering added opportunities for vendors and sponsors.
